When you choose All Around Inspections, you are working with a highly trained, licensed, and certified home inspector who has inspected hundreds of homes from mansions, mid sized homes and condos. A comprehensive electronic report will be provided to you with a quick turnaround time usually within 24 hours after the inspection which shows you the condition of the home and possible course of action. I remain available for questions after the report is delivered.

I like the client to be with me so that I can comment on some aspects of the house that are outside the scope of the report. I explain what I see in terms that the layman will understand. The report is usually around 40-50 pages divided into general conditions and summary of defects.
