Jim was nice to work with and helpful in many ways. He went the extra mile doing a detailed inspection to figure out what problems I need to fix to get my house in shape for selling. He found some leaks I was not aware of which probably saved me money to catch them before they could cause more damage. Also, I had lots of questions and he took the time to explain things to me and made some good suggestions. Overall was glad I hired this service and would recommend it to other people.
